30ml Margarine

25ml Koekmeel

250ml Cheddar kaas, gerasper

250ml Melk

2ml Sout

3 Eiers, geskei

 

Kook spinasieblare heel tot sag, dreineer en kap fyn.  Smelt botter en roer koekmeel by.  Meng tot glad en voeg melk geleidelik by.  Verwyder van hitte en voeg sout, kaas en geklitste eiergele by.  Roer kaassous by spinasie.  Vou styf geklitste eierwitte in, gooi in gesmeerde bak.  Bak vir 30min by 180C.
